The site

Navaura Technology LLC (“Navaura,” “we,” “us”) operates this website as a business information and lead-generation site. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell services at a stated price. Engagements start only after a written agreement.

No professional advice

Content on the site, including Ask Navaura replies, is general information. It is not legal, security, compliance, or architecture advice for your specific systems. Do not rely on chat output as a substitute for a scoped engagement.

Ask Navaura

The on-site assistant may use an automated model to draft replies. Responses can be incomplete or wrong. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or production credentials through chat. We may refuse or stop a conversation that is abusive or that asks us to do something unlawful.

Booking and contact

Discovery helps establish your objectives, systems, and requirements. Booking uses Google Calendar; Google’s terms apply to that form. You can also reach us at sales@navauratech.com or 720-263-1262. A booked call is a conversation, not a contract for work.

Acceptable use

• Do not probe, scrape, or overload the site or the chat endpoint beyond ordinary browsing.
• Do not use the site to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Do not impersonate Navaura or misrepresent a relationship with us.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, copy, mark, and code are owned by Navaura or its licensors. You may not copy them for a competing site or commercial reuse without permission. You keep ownership of material you send us; you grant us a limited right to use it to reply and, if we work together, to perform the work.

Third-party services

The scheduler is provided by Google. Chat replies may be generated by Anthropic. Those services are outside our control once you use them, and their terms and privacy policies apply to that use.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Navaura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the assistant. Our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum to protect our intellectual property.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update date means you accept the revised terms. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
