Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Navaura Technology LLC (“Navaura,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit navauratech.com, use Ask Navaura, or book a discovery call.
Last updated August 29, 2026Who we are
Navaura Technology LLC is an AI software firm based in Colorado. Questions about this policy: sales@navauratech.com or 720-263-1262.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, and limited technical data needed to run the site:
- Ask Navaura chat. Message text you send in the on-site assistant is posted to our server so we can generate a reply. Do not put passwords, secrets, or regulated personal data in chat.
- Discovery-call booking. If you use the scheduler, Google Calendar collects your name, email address, and any notes you enter so we can confirm the meeting.
- Claims Intake Workflow Assessment requests. If you complete the request form at /insurance/claims-intake-assessment, we collect your name, work email, company, role, organization type, and the workflow description you provide, plus campaign source information (UTM values, referring host) so we can route and respond to the request. The readiness scorecard on that page is optional and anonymous — your answers stay in your browser session and are never sent to us unless you separately submit the form. If you check the optional box, we also use your contact details to send occasional Navaura insights content; leaving it unchecked does not affect whether we respond to your request.
- Email and phone. If you write to sales@navauratech.com or call 720-263-1262, we receive whatever you include in that message or conversation.
- Server logs. Our host may record standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and the pages requested, used to operate and secure the site.
- Claims Intake Workflow Assessment page interaction events. The page reports anonymous, non-identifying interaction events (for example: the page was viewed, a button was clicked, the scorecard was started or completed with only its numeric score) to our own server so we can measure how the page performs. These events never include your name, email, company, role, or free-text answers.
Outside the Claims Intake Workflow Assessment request form described above, we do not run a newsletter or other email-capture form on this site. We do not sell personal information.
How we use it
We use this information to answer questions, schedule and hold discovery calls, follow up on work you asked us about, and keep the site reliable. We do not use chat or booking details for advertising.
Processors we rely on
- Anthropic. Chat messages are sent to Anthropic to generate Ask Navaura replies. Anthropic processes that content under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Google. Appointment scheduling is provided by Google Calendar. Google handles the booking form and confirmation email.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services: the static site is served from S3 and CloudFront, and server-side functionality (Ask Navaura chat, and the Claims Intake Workflow Assessment request form once its production endpoint is live) runs on AWS Lambda behind API Gateway. AWS may process server and request logs as part of that service.
Cookies and similar technology
We do not set marketing or analytics cookies. The Google Calendar embed may set its own cookies when you open the scheduler. The Claims Intake Workflow Assessment page stores your scorecard answers in your browser session (cleared when the tab closes). Campaign-attribution values (which link, campaign, or content brought you to the page) are also stored only in your browser session by default; we do not write a longer-lived local-storage record until an active consent mechanism on the site permits it, and until that consent mechanism exists, attribution never survives past your current browser tab. Once consent is available and given, that record may persist in local browser storage for up to 90 days so we can credit the source of a request you submit. Neither storage location is a tracking cookie and neither is shared with third parties. Your browser may also store ordinary session data needed to load the site.
Retention
Chat transcripts are not stored in a customer database on this site; they exist for the life of your browser session and in the request we send to generate a reply. Email, phone, and booking details are kept as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to perform the engagement. Claims Intake Workflow Assessment requests are stored in our lead-routing queue (encrypted at rest where our current infrastructure supports it, and access-restricted otherwise) until a team member reviews and either responds or discards the request, and are not kept longer than needed to do that. You can ask us to delete information we hold by emailing sales@navauratech.com.
Your choices
You can use the site without chatting or booking. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, and Colorado residents may appeal a denial of a privacy request by emailing sales@navauratech.com with the word “Appeal” in the subject line.
Children
This site is for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
